Opinion pieces and events are free to include in the magazine.
Ad Submissions:
Already have an ad that you’ve created? Below sizes are ideal, but if yours are slightly different, submit it to us and we might be able to make it work or can resize it. If you don’t have an existing ad, we can create one for you.
We prefer PDF, TIFF, or EPS files, but almost any files can be used. Fonts should be embedded and the ad should be print quality of at least 300 DPI.
Ad Dimensions (Width x Height):
For Full page, 2/3 page, 1/2 page, and 1/3 page ads you can select to have an ad with or without bleed.
Full Page (without Bleed): 7.5” Width X 10” Height
Full Page (with Bleed): 8.75” Width x 11.25” Height (total image with 0.125" trim line inside of the image)
Full page ads with bleed should have a 0.125" bleed on ALL sides for a trim line inside the image of 8.75” Width x 11.25” Height. The trimmed image should be 8.5” x 11”. Avoid putting important information within the safe zone 0.25" margin around the trim line.
2/3 Page (without Bleed): 7.5” Width x 6.625” Height
2/3 Page (with Bleed): 8.75” Width x 7.33” Height (total image with 0.125" trim line inside of the image)
2/3 Page ads with bleed should have a 0.125" bleed on ALL sides for a trim line. The trimmed image should be 8.5” x 7.08”. Avoid putting important information within the safe zone 0.25" margin around the trim line on the left, right, and bottom sides. The top of the ad won't be trimmed.
1/2 Page (Top/Bottom) (without Bleed): 7.5” Width X 5” Height
1/2 Page (Top/Bottom) (with Bleed): 8.75” Width X 5.5” Height (total image with 0.125" trim line inside of the image)
1/2 Page ads with bleed should have a 0.125" bleed on ALL sides for a trim line. The trimmed image should be 8.5” x 5.25”. Avoid putting important information within the safe zone 0.25" margin around the trim line. Depending on whether your ad is on the top of the page or bottom, that will determine where it is trimmed.
1/2 Page (Side): 3.63” Width X 10” Height
1/3 Page (without Bleed): 7.5” Width X 3.25” Height
1/3 Page (with Bleed): 8.75” Width X 3.66” Height (total image with 0.125" trim line inside of the image)
1/3 Page ads with bleed should have a 0.125" bleed on ALL sides for a trim line. The trimmed image should be 8.5” x 3.41”. Avoid putting important information within the safe zone 0.25" margin around the trim line. Depending on whether your ad is on the top of the page or bottom, that will determine where it is trimmed.
1/4 Page: 3.63” Width X 5” Height
Business Card Size: 3.63” Width X 2” Height
